PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collet chuck device capable of setting an inner diameter in an open state to be larger. SOLUTION: An engaging part between a collet body 6 formed with a tapered surface 7 on an outer peripheral side and an engaging body 12 engaged to the collet body 6 side, is formed so that the collet body 6 side may be elastically pressed and engaged toward a side of a storing body 3 for storing the collet body 6 to enlarge the inner diameter of the collet body 6 in a separation state of the tapered surface 7 formed on the outer peripheral side of the collet body 6 and a tapered surface 4 formed in the storing body 3 side.
