PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component which can form an incorporated circuit element to be large and can be manufactured by a simple manufacturing process and to provide a manufacturing method of the component. SOLUTION: A plurality of insulator layers are laminated in a laminate 12. A coil L is incorporated in the laminate 12 and has an exposure part 19 exposed from a side surface of the laminate 12 to the outside from between the insulator layers.
