The invention relates to an ankle prosthesis (1) comprising a talar implant (2), a tibial implant (4), and an intermediate implant (6) designed to be mounted to move relative to said talar implant (2) in order to impart mobility to the ankle, said prosthesis further comprising embedded adjustment means (10) designed to alternate between a releasing state, in which they allow the intermediate implant (6) to move relative to the tibial implant (4), and a locking state, in which they hold the prosthesis in the chosen assembly configuration, said prosthesis being characterized in that said adjustment means (10) are placed under the control of control means (11) that are designed to be operable while the prosthesis is in the assembled state in vivo.
