The present invention relates to a network node such as a positioning node, and to a related method of determining an uncertainty of a timing measurement used for positioning of a wireless device. The method comprises estimating (400) a timing measurement uncertainty, and determining (410) if an uncertainty reducing measurement is available. When the uncertainty reducing measurement is available, the method also comprises determining (420) a timing measurement uncertainty based on the estimated timing measurement uncertainty and the uncertainty reducing measurement.
