CONSTITUTION: A both arms pulling type exercise device comprises: a case(110) forming external appearance; a torque control unit which is installed in the inner side of the case and is equipped with a rotary shaft capable of controlling torque; a connecting unit(140) connected to the rotary shaft of the torque control unit; and a string(120) which is equipped in the connecting unit.
