PURPOSE: An exercise and playing apparatus is provided to obtain an exercise effect and to enable a person under the protection and a protector to share each other's feeling. CONSTITUTION: An exercise and playing apparatus comprises an exercise device, a play machine, and a power transmission module. In the exercise device(100), a first user generates external force through exercise. The play machine(200) comprises a boarding part and a driving part. In the boarding part(210), a space for a second user is formed. The driving part(220) is driven so that the boarding part can move. The power transmission module delivers external force to the driving part. A motor is rotated by electrical energy drives the driving part.
