<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell string that can suppress the decrease in packaging density of solar cells and can prevent the breakage of the solar cells while reducing the manufacturing time. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell string 1 includes several solar cells 2 and a wiring board 3. A semiconductor substrate 10 of each of the solar cells 2 includes an n-type conductive region 10c, an n<SP>+</SP>-type conductive region 10d and a p-type conductive regions 10e and 10f which are arranged on its backside 10b of the semiconductor substrate 10. The wiring board 3 electrically connects the n<SP>+</SP>-type conductive region 10d of the solar cell 2a and the p-type conductive region 10e of the solar cell 2b and electrically connects the p-type conductive region 10f of the solar cell 2a and the n<SP>+</SP>-type conductive region 10d of the solar cell 2b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
