<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism film by which high front brightness as well as light diffusing performance can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The prism film is made of a film 1 on at least one surface of which a prism part 6 constituted of two or more projected line parts 8 is provided.
