PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator emergency power source system for realizing evacuation operation for moving passengers up to an evacuation floor, when a residual electric power quantity of an emergency power source reduces in power failure by a disaster, without requiring a power generation facility in property, and without restriction by a property scale and the elevator number, by giving/receiving electric power with the other property existing on an electric power network. SOLUTION: A plurality of properties A and B can mutually give and receive electric power by the electric power network 1, and electric power distributing devices 3a and 3b issue a power supply request to the other property when the residual electric power quantity of emergency power sources 7a1, 7a2 and 7b1 becomes a specific quantity or less since electric power supply from normal time power sources 2a and 2b runs out, and supply electric power to elevator operation control means 5a1, 5a2 and 5b1 via electric power control devices 4a1, 4a2 and 4b1.
