PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange efficiency by suppressing decline in heat exchange amount. SOLUTION: This heat source machine 1 includes: a casing 1c; outer heat exchangers 2 vertically arranged on both side face sides of the casing 1c; a plurality of inner heat exchangers 3 slantly arranged on the inner sides of the both outer side heat exchangers 2 and installed so that upper ends thereof are positioned close to each other; and an air blower 4 installed above the outer and inner heat exchangers 2, 3. Lower ends of the outer heat exchangers 2 and lower ends of the inner heat exchangers 3 are installed separately from each other, leaving an installation clearance A.
