<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable and a wire harness equipped with the flat cable capable of reducing the number of components, and aiming at weight saving and downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: The wire harness 1 is provided with the flat cable 2. The flat cable 2 is provided with a plurality of wires 4 arranged parallel to each other, a plurality of warps 8 fitted at a position so as to pinch the plurality of wires 4 between each other parallel to the plurality of wires 4, and long-size wefts 9 crossing the plurality of wires 4 and warps 8 and intertwining with the plurality of wires 4 and warps 8 so as to float and sink among them at a constant rule.
