<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector improving contact stability of a flat electric wire and a terminal by increasing elastic deformation of a beam while suppressing an increase in the difference between the position of a cam in a forward/backward direction and the position of a pressing part formed on the beam. <P>SOLUTION: A pressing part 53a pressing a flat electric wire is formed on the bottom surface of a center beam 53 of a rear connection terminal 5. A cam 31 of an actuator 3 is disposed between an upper beam 52 and the center beam 53 of the rear connection terminal 5. An inclined surface 55a extending obliquely rearward and upward is formed on the top surface of the center beam 53.
