PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement image restoration in which ringing is reduced in a flat part of an image by image processing.

SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: a first imaging device 10A and a second imaging device 10B; and an optical system for forming a focused first image on an imaging plane of the first imaging device 10A and forming an out-of-focus second image on an imaging plane of the second imaging device 10B. An image processing section 220 processes signals obtained from the first imaging device 10A and the second imaging device 10B and produces a restoration image, from an image captured by the second imaging device 10B, in which camera-shake blurs or out-of-focus blurs are decreased.
