PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress galvanic corrosion by reliably avoiding any contact of members with each other while reducing cost by dispensing with any cation electrodeposition coating of the joining pretreatment when joining the members formed by forming metals different from each other. SOLUTION: In the member joining structure in which an inner panel 4 and an outer panel 5 formed of metals different from each other are joined with each other, a spacer member 20 formed in a predetermined shape is interposed between the inner panel 4 and the outer panel 5.
