PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give (1) the rigidity of a member as a structure for receiving a load, and at the same time, (2) the flexibility of the member for passing through an automatic saddle stitcher, to a filing page member to be used for binding an envelope. SOLUTION: This binding page member with an envelope is for binding the envelope 40 into a saddle stitched book. The envelope 40 includes an enclosure with a sealed circumference and also, has a picture frame part 43 to which an upper surface sheet and a lower surface sheet are laminated and a content part 44 in which an enclosure is present. In addition, the binding page member with an envelope is made up of an intermediate paper 20, the base paper 23 and the envelope 40, and the intermediate paper is formed of a separate page paper 21 and a retainer page paper 22 connected with each other with a spine part 24 inserted in between. Further, the base paper 23 includes a through window part 35 and a window frame part 39, and the base paper 23 is laminated to the retainer page paper 22. Further, the content part 44 is positioned at the through window part 35 so that the envelope 40 and the base paper 23 are immobilized. On the surface of the base paper 23, a plurality of depths of V-cut 32 are formed in the direction parallel with the spine part 24, and a depth of V-cut 34 is formed on the back of the base paper 23.
