Disclosed is a method for preventing from kill of fish and other hydrobionts in winter period, wherein a netted plastic cylinder with heat-insulating fiber material is used. Onto the surface of a cover of said cylinder a heat-absorbing coating is applied. Said coating in the day-time accumulates solar IR irradiation and raises the temperature gradient inside the heat-insulating material, and a calalytic agent is additionally coated onto the fibers of the heat-insulating material.
