PURPOSE: An obtaining method of medical elements from soup, gruel, and rice is provided to use fresh citrus aurantium peels, pine needles, acanthopanax leaves, and cudrania tricuspidata leaves. CONSTITUTION: An obtaining method of medical elements from soup, gruel, and rice comprises the following steps: inserting food ingredients into a food container for cooking; preparing a container with holes having the diameter of 2mm; covering the container with a lid having the thickness of 9mm; and producing a door on the container for contacting the bottom of the food container; the food ingredients includes fresh citrus aurantium peels, pine needles, acanthopanax leaves, cudrania tricuspidata leaves, and other ingredients.
