PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem that a conventional insole is configured to have a shape suitable to a particular part of the sole or to have a material specialized for a specific purpose and the conventional insole therefore is not suit each part of the sole having difference in a rugged shape of the sole, intensity of impact from the ground, load distribution by body weight, degree of fatigue, or the like. SOLUTION: The insole is made of: first layers 0101a, 0101b, and 0101c using an elastic material relatively hard compared to upper layers; and second layers 0102a, 0102b, and 0102c using an elastic material relatively soft compared to the first layers 0101a, 0101b, and 0101c which are lower layers. The first layers 0101a, 0101b, and 0101c are structured in such a way that the entire circumference of the outer edge corresponding to the peripheral part of the sole is higher than a sock lining part corresponding to the center of the sole.
