<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery unit which is heated so that a temperature distribution of each secondary battery in an assembled battery in which a plurality of secondary batteries are placed side by side is uniform, and to provide a small and lightweight battery unit which may quickly and uniformly be heated to a predetermined temperature even in a circumstance below the freezing point in a cold district. <P>SOLUTION: In the battery unit, in a heat generating sheet (4) having a plurality of heating elements (13) formed with a material containing a carbon-based substance in a film sheet shape, the plurality of heating elements (13) are each arranged at the positions corresponding to a plurality of secondary battery cases (11) in the assembled battery (20), and each heating element (13) is composed so that its preset temperature differs depending on the position of the corresponding secondary battery case (11) in the assembled battery (20). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
