PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image display device improved in luminance.

SOLUTION: The three dimensional image display device comprises: a display device alternately receiving an input of left-eye image data and an input of right-eye image data; and a shutter glass having a left eye shutter and a right eye shutter. An input period of white image data is disposed before an input period of the left eye image data in which the left eye shutter is closed, or before an input period of the right eye image data in which the right eye shutter is closed.
