<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headlamp for a vehicle, which can improve visibility of peripheral pedestrians and obstacles or the like in a traffic environment. <P>SOLUTION: The headlamp for a vehicle structured so as to emit light in a white color range includes: an LED light source; and a solid lens body having a light-incident surface in which light radiated from the LED light source enters the inside of a lens, an emission surface, and a reflective surface structured so that light incident from the light-incident surface to an inside of the lens reflects internally, and reflected light is emitted from the emission surface, and forms a predetermined light distribution pattern having a light-and-dark boundary. A color temperature of the LED light source is 4,500-7,000 [K], and four coordinate values indicating prediction of how four colors (red, green, blue, yellow) are viewed has coordinate values R(41.7, 20.9), G(-39.5, 14.3), B(8.8, -29.9), Y(-10.4, 74.2) on a coordinate system corresponding to a CIE1976L*a*b* space as a center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
