<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment dispersion composition excellent in dispersion stability. <P>SOLUTION: The pigment dispersion composition contains an azo pigment represented by general formula (1), an azo pigment derivative, and a dispersant (wherein G is hydrogen, aliphatic, aryl or heterocyclic; R<SB>1</SB>is amino, aliphatic oxy, aliphatic, aryl or heterocyclic; R<SB>2</SB>is a substituent; A is heterocyclic; m is an integer of 0 to 5; and n is an integer of 1 to 4, wherein when n=2, the azo pigment is a dimer formed via R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, A or G, when n=3, the azo pigment is a trimer formed via R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, A or G, and when n=4, the azo pigment is a tetramer formed via R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, A or G; and general formula (1) does not have an ionic hydrophilic group). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
