<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separating and purifying device for advancing the start of recovering an elute to raise the recovery efficiency of an object and evaporating the elute in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The separating and purifying device for flowing water containing an objective component in a column 8 to collect the objective component in the column 8 and then flowing a solvent to recover the objective component includes a liquid feeding means 7 for retaining the column 8 with an inlet side set at a lower position and an exhaust side set at upper position vertically and feeding a solvent with low compatibility to water and specific gravity greater than that of water under a condition that the objective component is collected to keep in the column 8, a channel switching means 12 for switching a channel to flow a solvent from the column 8 in either a recovery channel 13 or a waste solution channel 14, a channel controlling means 30 for controlling the channel switching means 12 to flow water to the waste solution channel 14 when the water comes out of the column 8 or to flow the solution containing a solvent to the recovery channel 13 when the solution comes out of the column 8, and a flow rate controlling means 30 for feeding the solvent with a first flow rate when flowing the water in the waste solution channel 14 or with a flow rate smaller than the first flow rate when flowing the solution containing the solvent in the recovery channel 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
