<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate combined calculation servers suitable for parallel computing from the viewpoint of the uniformity of a communication environment to the same job preferentially. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management device 100 acquires: network management information representing which unit in a network each calculation server belongs to; and job information including the number of parallels of each job. Also, the operation management device 100 determines an allocation pattern having relatively-high total evaluation among a plurality of potential allocation patterns for allocating one or more jobs to a plurality of calculation servers by using the network management information and the job information. The total evaluation is obtained by totaling evaluation values of respective jobs. In an evaluation value, the allocation of one job to calculation servers belonging to the same unit is evaluated higher than the allocation of one job to calculation servers belonging to a different unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
