<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity control valve, and an assembling method of the same capable of stably operating a variable displacement compressor, capable of maximally deriving capacity of the variable displacement compressor, and capable of facilitating assembly. <P>SOLUTION: The capacity control valve 1 attached to the variable displacement compressor integrated into a refrigerating cycle of a car cooler has a valve element 12 opening and closing a passage communicated with a pressure regulating chamber and a discharge chamber of the compressor. When a differential pressure Pd-Ps between a pressure Pc of the pressure regulating chamber and a pressure Ps of an intake chamber of the compressor exceeds a threshold, the valve element 12 is opened to pressurize the pressure regulating chamber to a pressure the same as the discharge chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
