<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electrode structure which can be formed accurately and simply, without defects in a fine concavo-convex structure of the electrode structure, even when sputtering is applied to the structure, and to provide a solar cell which is without defects, and which has fine concavo-convex structures formed in the electrode structure. <P>SOLUTION: A conductor layer 2 is formed on a surface of a stamper 1, having fine concavo-convex structure therein in such a way to be peeled-off therefrom, the conductor layer 2 on the stamper 1 is contacted with a hardening material 4; the hardening material 4 is hardened under this condition to form a concavo-convex base layer 5 having fine concavo-convex structure; the concavo-convex base layer 5 is bonded to the conductor layer 2; the stamper 1 is separated from the conductor layer 2 bonded to the concavo-convex base layer 5; thus the conductor layer 2 is transferred and formed onto the concavo-convex base layer 5; and consequently, an electrode structure 10 having the fine concavo-convex structure is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
