PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate giving a laminate excellent in product appearance, mechanical properties and heat resistance readily only by conducting a heat treatment. SOLUTION: This laminate includes at least two layers of a layer (A) and a layer (B) adjacent to the layer (A), wherein the layer (A) includes an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (a) and the layer (B) includes: a composition containing an olefinic polymer (b) containing at least one kind selected out of a low-pressure ethylene homopolymer, a high-pressure low-density polyethylene, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, a propylene homopolymer, a propylene-α-olefin copolymer, an ethylene-propylene-α-olefin terpolymer and anα-olefin homopolymer; and a metal chelate compound (c).
