PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric under-blanket fixed to a desired position, in the electric under-blanket where a temperature environment is adjusted using turning over of the body of the sleeping person. SOLUTION: The electric under-blanket 1 includes: a rectangular base cloth 4; a heat generator 5 disposed inside the base cloth; and extension cloths 8a and 8a provided at both ends of the base cloth 4. The horizontal dimension (W) of the base cloth 4 is 1/2 to 1/3 of the horizontal dimension (A) of the mat 3 of the bed 2. Thus, spreading the electric under-blanket 1 on one side of the bed 2 provides a place where the electric under-blanket 1 is not spread, on the other side. In the electric under-blanket 1, the extension cloths 8a and 8a provided at both ends are inserted and held between the lower part of the mat 3 and the upper part of the bed 2. Accordingly, since the electric under-blanket 1 is fixed to a predetermined position, the electric under-blanket 1 is prevented from being deviated from the mat 3 by the turning over of the body of the sleeping person.
