PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather structure of a power unit effectively preventing intrusion of dust into a breather chamber. SOLUTION: The breather structure of the power unit 6 includes a transmission case 71 partitioning a transmission chamber 111 storing a belt-type transmission 72 for transmitting the power of an engine 41; a transmission cover 97 combined with the transmission case 71 to partition a speed reducing chamber 112 storing a speed reducing transmission mechanism 73 for transmitting the output of the belt-type transmission 72, from a breather chamber 113 communicating with the speed reducing chamber 112; and a barrier rib 115 partitioning the transmission chamber 111 form the breather chamber 113 and having a through-hole 114 serving for communication between the transmission chamber 111 and the breather chamber 113.
