PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user's living environment by implementing a proper noise countermeasure in a building. SOLUTION: In a bedroom 18, window parts 25a-25c are formed on an outer wall 27, and the window parts 25a-25c are provided with sash door devices 31a-31c. A doorway 41 is formed on an partition wall 42, and the doorway 41 is provided with a door device 43. A controller 61 calculates a noise amount outside the bedroom 18 based on detection signals of outdoor sound sensors 51a-51c and an indoor sound sensor 65, and causes the sash door devices 31a-31c to close the window parts 25a-25c and causes the door device 43 to close the doorway 41 when the noise amount is larger than a noise determination value. In this case, the controller 61 determines a user's behavior status according to schedule information stored in a storage part 62 and variably sets a noise determination value based on the determination result.
