PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fexofenadine oral pharmaceutical preparation with a stability-improved film coating relating to the film-coating oral pharmaceutical preparation including fexofenadine or a physiologically allowable salt of the same (hereinafter simply described as "fexofenadine"). SOLUTION: The fexofenadine oral pharmaceutical preparation is a granulated product produced from a fexofenadine bulk drug or such as a filler wherein the surfaces of plain tablets have film coating layers substantially including no plasticizer.
