PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)-MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) receiving apparatus improved in signal quality of an entire system by minimizing a deterioration caused by inter-symbol interference. SOLUTION: The OFDM-MIMO receiving apparatus includes: a cross correlation arithmetic operation section 302 which prestores known signals of transmission signals of a plurality of systems and performs an arithmetic operation for cross correlation between a stored known signal and each of received transmission signals of the plurality of system; and an FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) window setting section 303 which detects a cross correlation peak and its position for each system, and when a positional difference between a temporally earliest first peak and a latest second peak is within a guard interval length, sets an FFT window starting position to an FFT computing unit 304, based on the first peak position, and when the positional difference exceeds the guard interval length, searches such an FFT window starting position that the total sum of inter-symbol interference power in signal components of all the transmission systems is minimized, and which sets the searched position to the FFT computing unit 304 as the FFT window starting position.
