摘要 <p>Disclosed is a technique for more accurately grasping the state of a human being. A device for estimating the state of a human being comprises a means for finding the time series waveform of a frequency from the time series waveform of a biological signal extracted from the upper body of a human being, and further finding the time series waveform of frequency inclination and the time series waveform of a frequency variation to perform the frequency analysis thereof. The device for estimating the state of the human being finds the power spectrum of each of the frequencies equivalent to predetermined function adjustment signal, fatigue acceptance signal, and activity adjustment signal when performing the frequency analysis, and then determines the state of the human being from the time series variation of each of the power spectra. The fatigue acceptance signal indicates the advance degree of the fatigue in a normal active state, and in accordance therewith, the dominance degrees of the function adjustment signal and the activity adjustment signal are compared with each other as the distribution rate thereof, thereby making it possible to more accurately determine the state (relaxed state, fatigue state, sympathetic nerve dominance state, parasympathetic nerve dominance state, or the like) of the human being.</p>
