A method for treating degenerative-and-dystrophic diseases of backbone provides for ultraphonophoresis of the gel Actovegin Nycomed applied to cervical, thoracic or lumbar divisions of the backbone paravertebrally used according to labile mode with output of ultrasound radiation of 0.2-0.7 W/cmfor 10-15 minutes, 10-15 sessions in the setting of Neurobion Nycomed taken at a dose of one tablet thrice a day.
