PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station terminal for adequately transmitting signals by effectively controlling the uplink reference signal and uplink control channel signal in a radio communication system including a plurality of mobile station terminals and a base station apparatus.

SOLUTION: The mobile station terminal includes a radio resource controller 403 for setting a radio resource of the reference signal for measuring channel quality and a radio resource of the uplink control channel, a simultaneous transmission control part 4051 for controlling signal transmitting processing depending on whether each radio resource has been set to the same element frequency band or to a different element frequency band in the case that the uplink control channel signal is transmitted in the time frame in which the radio resource of the reference signal is set, and a transmitting processing part 407 for transmitting the reference signal and/or uplink control channel signal on the basis of control in the simultaneous transmission control part.
