<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for determining a multi-angle specific object. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises an input device for inputting image data; and a plurality of cascade classifier groups each of which is formed of cascade of a plurality of classifiers corresponding to the same detection angle, each classifier corresponds to each feature, each classifier is for calculating a degree of confidence of the image data belonging to a specific object with each detection angle in each feature, and determining whether the image data belongs to the specific object based on the degree of confidence, a self-adaptive posture prediction device is disposed between classifiers in each cascade classifier group, to determine, based on the degree of confidence calculated by each classifier corresponding to the same detection angle and located before the self-adaptive posture prediction device, whether the image data enters each classifier corresponding to the detection angle and located after the self-adaptive posture prediction device.
