<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoplastic resin molding having excellent resistance to thermal shrinkage, e.g. a polyester resin molding, which enables simple and inexpensive manufacture without complicated equipment or troublesome operation. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the thermoplastic resin molding is characterized by impregnating a to-be-treated material consisting of a thermoplastic resin, e.g. a polyester resin, having carbonyl-containing repeated units in the principal chain with an aldehyde compound and drawing the resultant resin.
