<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction in manufacturing tact in a reel fabrication method of a reel having a three piece structure. <P>SOLUTION: A reel 20 includes: a hub 22, at the inner periphery face of which a projection portion 22A that projects in a radial direction is formed; a first flange 26 including a first extension portion 26A that is extended in an axial direction of the hub 22 from a first flange portion 26B provided on one end side of the hub 22; and a second flange 24 including a second extension portion 24A that is extended in the axial direction of the hub 22 from a second flange portion 24B provided on the other end side of the hub 22. The reel fabrication method includes: supporting a gear 44 of the first flange 26 at a reference portion 106 of a pedestal 104, abutting the projection portion 22A against the first extension portion 26A, applying an ultrasonic horn 108 to the projection portion 22A and welding the projection portion 22A to the first extension portion 26A; and then abutting the second extension portion 24A against the projection portion 22A, applying the horn 108 to the second extension portion 24A or the second flange portion 24B and welding the second extension portion 24A to the projection portion 22A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
