PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable fluorine compound with excellent compatibility to resins and the like and producing a cured coating film with excellent anti-fouling property. SOLUTION: The fluorine compound has two or more polymerizable groups at one terminal and is represented by general formula (1), wherein X<SP>1</SP>represents a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain, R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>4</SP>each independently represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or a group represented by general formula (2), wherein any one of R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>and any one of R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>are represented by general formula (2).
