PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pumping device, not causing hammering on a liquid pressure feed destination side, when an exhaust valve is opened and an air supply valve is closed. SOLUTION: The air supply valve 53 is disposed to an operating vapor introduction port 11, the exhaust valve 47 is disposed to an operating vapor discharge port 13, an inlet side check valve 57 opened to a liquid inlet port 16 from the outside is disposed to the liquid inlet port 16, and a liquid discharge port on-off valve 6 is disposed to the liquid discharge port 17. A float 3 and a snap mechanism 5 are incorporated in a sealed vessel 2. The snap mechanism 5 has a float arm 22, an auxiliary arm 23, and a coil spring 26. The air supply valve 53 and the exhaust valve 47 are connected to the auxiliary arm 23 through a power transmission shaft 46, and the liquid discharge port on-off valve 6 is connected to the power transmission shaft 46. The liquid discharge port on-off valve 6 is closed when the exhaust valve 47 is opened and the air supply valve 53 is closed, and the liquid discharge port on-off valve 6 is opened when the exhaust valve 47 is closed and the air supply valve 53 is opened.
