PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a facility for installing a structure which can easily install the structure at any place, reduce facility cost and installation cost, and quickly expand a system in an emergency. SOLUTION: A radio communication facility 1 includes an antenna 2, a frame 3 which is configured by arranging frame members 10 vertically and horizontally on an X-Y plane, which comprises a plurality of fixing parts 15 in the X and Y directions, respectively, and on which the antenna 10 is mounted, a plurality of piles 4 driven in a ground G at positions corresponding to the respective fixing parts 15 so as to have respective exposed parts 16 exposed out of the ground G, and a plurality of fixing members 5 for fixing the respective fixing parts 15 to the predetermined positions of the respective exposed parts 16 so that the frame 3 is positioned horizontally.
