PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of absorbing expansion of an inner panel without dividing an exterior panel mounted to the inner panel of a casing etc. having a heat source of a boiler etc. inside. SOLUTION: One or more fixation structures are provided as an exterior panel mounting structure for mounting the exterior panel covering the side face of the inner panel to the inner panel covering the heat source inside of which becomes high temperatures. The fixation structure includes: a fixing member erected and fixed approximately vertically from the inner panel surface and comprising a bar material or a plate material; and a vertical support member which comprises a bar material or a plate material provided in approximately parallel with the inner panel and in which a lower end side and/or an upper end side is fixed to the tip side of the fixing member so as to enable upward and/or downward sliding and rotation around the central shaft of the fixing member by applying force exceeding a predetermined level and a side without the fixing member fixed is fixed to the exterior panel rotatably around the perpendicular of the exterior panel.
