PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and practical coal-gasified gas supply plant for supplying a coal-gasified gas as a complementary fuel to a steam generation facility using a by-product gas which is secondarily generated from a steel maker as a main fuel and to a carburation blast-furnace gas-burning type gas turbine combined power generation facility using a carburation blast-furnace gas as a main fuel. SOLUTION: After purifying the coal-gasified gas which is generated in a coal gasifying furnace 12 by a gas purifying device 14, the purified coal-gasified gas is introduced into an expansion turbine 16, and a generator 18 connected to the expansion turbine 16 generates power, and the power is used as a power source for the coal-gasified gas supply plant. The coal-gasified gas is subjected to adiabatic expansion by driving the expansion turbine 16, and the pressure and the temperature of the coal-gasified gas are lowered to the nearly same pressure and the temperature of the blast-furnace, and the coal-gasified gas is supplied as a complementary fuel to the carburation blast-furnace gas-burning type gas turbine combined power generation facility 5 and/or the steam power generation facility 3.
