PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of requiring a considerable time before starting to run without easy melting of ice on front glass in a cold district since a hearer is not effective and only cold air comes out just after starting an engine of a conventional automobile, and of worsening fuel economy particularly when driving a short distance since the fuel economy is deteriorated in the cold engine just after starting requiring more fuel than after the engine is warmed up. SOLUTION: Cooling water warmed up after traveling is stored in a heat reserving pot, and cooling water warmed up when starting the engine next time is poured into the engine and an indoor heat core, and warm air is immediately provided from an indoor heater by instantly warming up the indoor heater and the engine, and at the same time, the deterioration in the fuel consumption just after starting the engine can be reduced.
