PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter detecting insufficient fertilizer components in an agricultural field by a fertilizer component detector and spraying the insufficient fertilizer components. SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter in which a seedling planting part 3 is arranged in the rear side of a travelling vehicle body 1 via an elevation link 2 and a fertilizing unit 6 for spraying fertilizer is arranged onto the rear upper part of the travelling vehicle body 1, has the component detecting unit 62 detecting the concentration of the fertilizer components in the soil, a control unit 63 receiving the detecting result of the component detecting unit 62, a plurality of divided charging parts 51f, 51g, 51h... for storing different fertilizer components are formed in a fertilizer storing member 51 of the fertilizing unit 6, delivering members 57... delivering the fertilizers respectively are openably and closably arranged in the plurality of divided charging parts 51f, 51g, 51h..., and the seedling transplanter respectively operates discharge control members 57... controlling the amounts of the fertilizers discharged from the corresponding divided charged parts 51f, 51g, 51h..., by transmitting signals from the control unit 63 based on the detecting result of the component detecting unit 62.
