METHOD OF FORMING SHIELDED WIRE, AND THE SHIELDED WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize shielding function by bringing a shield layer of a shielded wire into close contact with the outer periphery of a core wire and a drain wire. SOLUTION: The shielded wire includes: the core wire 2 obtained by covering a core wire with an insulating resin layer; one drain wire 3; a shielding tape 4 having the width made wider than the addition values of outer peripheral lengths of the core wire and the drain wire; and the insulating resin tape 5. The core wire and the drain wire are twisted while pinching the shielding tape, the twisted shielding tape is wound around the outer periphery of the core wire and the drain wire to cover them, and furthermore, the insulating resin tape is wound around the outer periphery of the shielding tapes wound around the outer periphery of the core wire and the drain wire.
