PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record data at a high speed with high efficiency to a recording medium such as a semiconductor memory. SOLUTION: A data arrangement is conducted to add write completion information showing that data are normally written to a recording medium, to the end part of the data. Thereafter, data recording is conducted to sequentially transfer and record a predetermined amount of data with the write completion information added thereto in the data arrangement process, to the recording medium from the first block.
