A process for the preparation of esters and nitriles of N-acyliminotrichloropropanoic acids is characterized n that α-acylaminodichloroacrylates or α-acylaminodichlorocyanoacrylates are subjected to reaction with trimethylchlorosilane and base in aprotic organic solvent at room temperature with subsequent interaction of prepared N- and O-silylated dichloroacrylates or dichlorocyanoacrylates with chlorine in the same solvent at room temperature and separation of intermediate and desired products by conventional methods.
