METHOD OF PREDICTING EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTIHYPERTENSIVE LOSARTAN AND ITS COMBINATION WITH HYDROCH;OROTHIAZIDE IN MEN WITH HYPERTENSION STAGE II PROVIDES

摘要

A method of predicting the effectiveness of antihypertensive losartan and its combination with hydrochlorothiazide in men with hypertension stage II provides for patient evaluation of waist, daily monitoring of blood pressure,endothelium-dependent vasodilation assessment of brachial artery and the state of tissue sensitivity to insulin (HOMA index). Depending on the nature of the data the antihypertensive effect of losartan and its combination with hydrochlorothiazide is predicted.
