A method for diagnosing pancreonecrosis provides for the assessment of the changes in the laboratory parameters of the venous blood. In the patients with the acute pancreatitis, the optical density of blood plasma in measured at the wavelength of λ = 280 nm. The decrease of the optical density below 0.47 U is suggestive of pancreonecrosis. |
